| Job specification: | Both positions are part of a larger interdisciplinary research project called “Bridge the Gap!” where Educational Scientists and Social & Organizational Psychologists work together to study professional identity development among STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) students and professionals.
This project is financed by TechYourFuture and is a follow-up of the project called “Mind the Gap!” As a PhD or Post Doc in this project you will work with numerous stakeholders in both educational and corporate STEM institutes. Both the PhD and Post Doc position provide an excellent opportunity to conduct scientific research that is directly relevant and applicable to the field. Candidates with an academic background in both Social- & Organizational Psychology or Educational Sciences are welcome to apply. The PhD and Post Doc positions are for 3.5 years and the anticipated starting date is September 1st, 2018 (though some flexibility is possible). Proficiency of the Dutch language (or a willingness to learn) is required. The application deadline is May 30th 2018. |
