Qualifications

• A background (MSc, research master) in (development) economics, econometrics, or psychology (ideally focus on social, cultural, or pedagogical psychology);
• Training in quantitative impact analyses techniques (e.g., applied microeconometics, equivalent in psychology advanced research methods and statistics).
• Candidates with knowledge about Vietnam and/or a Vietnamese background are encouraged to apply.

Conditions of employment

We offer you in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities:

• a salary of € 2,434 gross per month in the first year, up to a maximum of € 3,111 gross per month in the fourth and final year
• a full-time position (1.0 FTE)
• a holiday allowance of 8% gross annual income
• an 8.3% end-of-the-year allowance
• minimum of 29 holidays and additional 12 holidays in case of full-time employment

Starting date: February 1, 2022 at the latest.

Selection criteria

• A completed (or almost completed) (research) master in psychology / neuroscience, with interest in or affinity with Social Psychology;
• Experience and affinity with quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, lab experiments);
• Experience with psychophysiological and/or neuroscientific methods / analysis techniques is preferred;
• Competence in statistical data analysis;
• A keen interest in both fundamental research and the application of psychological insights to practice;
• A good command of the Dutch and English language;
• Good academic writing skills.

Wat ga je doen?

Per direct zijn wij op zoek naar een toegewijde psycholoog voor een functie in het verpleeghuis. De functie vraagt goede samenwerking in een multidisciplinaire omgeving. Affiniteit met behandeling van diverse (neuro)psychologische problemen en het werken met zorgteams is een voorwaarde. De omvang van het dienstverband is een jaarcontract voor 24 uur per week met mogelijk uitbreiding van uren tot 32.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supporting the coordination of People Development & Culture offerings across EMEA, including trainings and events
• Support the production of virtual trainings
• Providing support to DISC assessment-based team buildings across the region
• Supporting the design of EMEA-wide LinkedIn Learning campaign
• Coordinating documentation required for vendor engagements
• Handling registration and attendance data
• Keeping track of EMEA PDC metrics and preparing data for partner meetings

• We are looking for a highly motivated candidate for a PhD position on how to foster LGBTQ+ inclusion.
• You will be conducting literature reviews;
• Designing empirical studies, executing and coordinating data collection (surveys, field- and lab-experiments and interviews);
• Developing research instruments;
• Spending 10% of your time on additional tasks (e.g., teaching, outreach)

• Gezocht: een promovendus voor het interdisciplinaire onderzoeksproject “Toward a safe and resilient city: Investigating the dynamics of police-bystander conflicts using advanced technologies”.
• Van u wordt verwacht een viertal studies uit te voeren waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van real-life conflicten zoals geregistreerd met CCTVs en body-cams, en virtual reality games. Uiteindelijk zal een interventie worden ontwikkeld.
• U heeft een (research) master in een van de vier betrokken disciplines (Psychologie, Rechtswetenschappen, Betawetenschappen, Managementwetenschappen) of aanverwante disciplines (o.a. Criminologie).

• Gezocht: een promovendus voor het project “Smart Technology Use for Resilient Healthcare: Developing an Intervention Toolbox to Stimulate Smart Use of Electronic Health Records in Hospitals Using a Multidisciplinary Approach”.
• In dit multidisciplinaire project worden kritische individuele, organisatorische en technologische succesfactoren onderzocht voor ‘Smart Use’ van het EPD door verschillende groepen zorgmedewerkers. Op basis van deze kennis wordt een interventie toolbox op maat ontwikkeld en getest om ‘Smart Use’ van het EPD te stimuleren in een ziekenhuis-setting.
• Van u wordt verwacht dat u het onderzoeksvoorstel verder uitwerkt en verschillende studies uitvoert, waaronder een scoping review, een interviewstudie (kwalitatief), een survey-onderzoek (kwantitatief) en een interventiestudie.
• U heeft een (Research) Master Psychologie of een andere afgeronde academische opleiding in een onderzoeksveld relevant voor het project (zoals Psychologie en Technologie, Human Resource Studies). Bij voorkeur heeft u relevante kennis in de Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie.
• U heeft goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels.
