Who we are
Russell Reynolds Associates is one of the globally leading Executive and Supervisory Search firms, working with national and international clients to research, evaluate and select the best candidates for their leadership positions.

The student team’s primary task is to identify candidate pools and then screen potential prospects for our searches. This work involves close cooperation with the research team, strategic approach to research and working with a colourful variety of industries and job positions.

Who are you

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
• Eager to take initiative
• English proficiency
• Available to work in Amsterdam > 16 hours per week
• Master/Bachelor student from an HR related programme ( 1^st year of Bachelor’s completed)
