- Research in the field of pedagogical psychology and motivational psychology (eg on motivational and emotional processes in self-regulated learning, on procrastination, study success and dropout) as well as scientific collaboration in publications and research applications
- Teaching activities in the field of educational psychology in the bachelor and master’s degree in psychology
- Transfer of empirically gained insights into the public and practice
- Participation in academic self-government
