The position will include direct clinical care and candidates should have both individual and group therapy experience. In addition, this position will also include the oversight of program clinical operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity and will include program development and the expansion and improvement of clinical services. Candidates with demonstrated productivity in developing clinical treatment programs are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have leadership experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across disciplines and function effectively as the leader of a multi-disciplinary team. |
