The post holder will have opportunities to influence how specific therapeutic approaches are taught on the programme. Currently we actively promote three psychotherapeutic models rather than just the two specified by the accreditation and registration bodies. This is integrated with a clear focus on the critical use of evidence and the generation of novel research. The post holder will join a team that supports the translation of research into practice and the evaluation of service developments. The post-holder will be expected to teach and develop innovative approaches to engage trainees in their own personal and professional learning. |
