| Vacancy text: | Based in the Institute of Health & Society within the Health Psychology group you will work in collaboration with the Public Health Nutrition team in the Human Nutrition Research Centre and with the North East Research Design Service. You will work in a multi-disciplinary setting developing research proposals, seeking research funding, conducting and disseminating research and providing support on projects in the Research Design Service at Newcastle University.You will hold a first degree in psychology or related behavioural science, with a PhD being essential for appointment at Associate level.
The work will include undertaking systematic reviews, qualitative and quantitative research and contribution to publications. You will be able to demonstrate excellent critical, writing and methodological skills; you should be capable of managing multiple demands on your time and able to work independently.
